NOSHSA have engaged our legal advisors to develop a legally enforceable Workplace Instrument (Individual Flexible Arrangements or IFA) that meets the requirements of an eligible workplace instrument for the purpose of applying for and complying with the conditions of the Early Childhood Education and Care Worker Retention Payment Grant.
