About the Event

NOSHSA have been funded by the Australian Government to provide engagement support with the Worker Retention Payment (WRP) Grant Opportunity. This information session also applies to Providers who use the Educational Services (Schools) General Staff Award 2020. Please join our information session to learn more about the grant program and support available. In this session, we will discuss:

- Individual Flexible Arrangements (IFA) Workplace Instruments requirements

- Completing and submitting the funding application

- Complying with the funding guidelines

- Support available through the engagement project

NOSHSA have developed an Individual Flexibility Arrangement Kit for the Education Services (Schools) General Staff Award. This includes tables translating/mapping this Award to the Children’s Services Award (CSA). Employees do not have to be paid under the CSA to be eligible for the ECEC WRP.  NOSHSA will provide the necessary information and supports to enable Non-CSA employers to make an informed decision about engaging with the WRP grant opportunity.

The session runs from 10.00am-12.30pm and light refreshments will be provided. We welcome Approved Providers, Nominated Supervisors and those in managerial positions to register and attend this event.
